WARRANTY & LIABILITY

DIYLocating.com nor any of its entities cannot guarantee any posted vehicle will be sold.

DIYLocating.com nor any of its entities will not be legally liable for any unforeseen expenses incurred by either the selling dealer nor the buying dealer. The selling dealer is responsible for the posting of any information and the cost of posting invoices. DIYLocating.com will not be responsible for any damages that occur to vehicles before or after they are posted.

All dealerships are responsible for their passwords and DIYLocating.com will not be responsible for lost or misused passwords.

REGISTRATION & MEMBERSHIP

DIY Locating has final approval of all registrations to this site. All registrations will be approved or disapproved within 48 hours of receipt of application. All applications will be verified by DIYLocating.com. Only New Automobile Dealerships will be allowed to have an account and be allowed to view or post invoices. DIYLocating.com has final approval, final say as to who receives the free memberships. All memberships are for New Car Dealerships only.

LISTINGS

No used vehicles are allowed to be posted. Only available posting will be able to be viewed.

All postings must be paid for in advance and will be automatically deleted after 45 days unless removed by posting Dealer. DIYLocating.com and its entities have final approval of any and all postings .
